    MINING & EXPLORATION

    JOYA is incorporated to hold its gold exploration and mining interests, has a significant landholding in Manica central Province in Mozambique. Historic gold mines dating to the Portuguese colonial rule are located along north-south trending structures where significant gold mineralization of 2-13g/ton Au (up to 63g/ton Au) have been recorded. The company is following a phased development program to define more than 1 million oz of gold.

    JOYA usually adopts corresponding improvements according to the actual situation of each mine, such as adding reprocessing equipment to combine with original technology and equipment, establishing reprocessing plant.

    What JOYA provides is a complete set of tailings reprocessing process, including tailings test, plant design, complete equipment manufacturing, commissioning and delivery. The strong cohesion among links greatly improves the integrity of the whole plant.

    No same tailings, no same tailings reprocessing process. So, JOYA always customizes tailings reprocessing technology and equipment for each tailing to achieve the best balance between cost and economic benefits.

EPC Service for Solutions to Minerals

JOYA is a subsidiary of Xinhai EPC, together we  provide services of samples test, mine design, equipment manufacture, etc. for clients, and solves the common problems in plant construction such as budget over-run, schedule delays, unqualified equipment, unclear recovery efficiency, disputes of the manufacturers, and unclear responsibility of after-sale service

In 1990s, Xinhai first proposed the concept of EPC in China, who leads the EPC service trend and provides minerals processing solutions for numerous small and medium-sized mines. At the same time, Xinhai independently finished the first oversea EPC. Since the establishment, Xinhai has provided more than 500 EPC services for domestic and foreign mines, and the total amount of EPC and refractory mine technology reaches the top level of mineral processing industry. 

Xinhai has been dedicated to provide more professional EPC service for customers for 22 year, and constantly improves and optimizes their own service, formed a set of Xinhai-style service system.
